8/12/2023 0 Comments Corsair 7000d fan controllerI’m pretty sure the Corsair Commander hub can control any PWM 4-pin, unless I’m mistaken. ![]() I also don’t care for RGB, so I won’t miss not having it. This may be somewhat specific, but can the AIO fans be swapped out? I think the H170i comes with Corsair’s 140mm ML-Elite or whatever they’re called, but I’d love to use the Noctuas since I have ‘em. That way the 3 at the top with the rad will be pushing out and across it as exhaust. I’m assuming airflow-wise, the best setup is to have the 7 case fans (3x front, 3x side and 1x rear) all pulling in. ![]() I also got a new AIO that I want to use for my 12900K, which is a Corsair H170i that has the 420mm radiator. I went a little nuts and got 5x Noctua NF-A14 Chromax 140mm fans to use, plus the 5 that I already have in my current case that I’m going to swap in. I’m mainly looking to improve temps and airflow, which were so-so with my current case. I just bought a new 7000D case that I’ll be switching over to from my NZXT H710i, but have a few questions on cooling and fan placement.
